Visit from Mongolian customer

The Mongolian mining company is our regular customer that had purchased our drilling rigs for several times. During this visit to our factory, they had a better understanding of our production processes, product quality and management concepts. Their operators were satisfied with our products after the test drive.

After in-depth communication, we had known about their concerns about copper mining challenges, and they wanted a suitable solution for drilling environment and conditions of their projects. After considering different factors, we recommended the JK820-2 integrated hydraulic DTH drilling rig that performs well in deep hole drilling. The utilization of it could increase the work efficiency and ensure the drilling quality.

In the subsequent feedback, the customer was satisfied with the quality and efficiency of the rig and expressed the willingness to continue cooperation with us.

Kazakhstan customer visited our plant

During their visit to our factory, the Kazakhstan distributors were impressed by our advanced manufacturing processes and mature management systems. They visited our laboratory, assembly production lines, rig display areas and office building. The introduction to our company offered them an insight into our company scale, production techniques and management. After the visit, they complimented on our production processes, productions and production environments and placed an order of several JK830-2 integrated hydraulic DTH drilling rigs that feature stable, efficient and safe performance.

South African customer visited our plant

During South African customer’s visit to our factory, we have a friendly and in-depth communication where we patiently answered their questions about product performance, parameters and after-sales services and provided them custom blasthole drilling solutions for their gold mining projects. They were satisfied with our expertise and good services and ordered several JK810-3 integrated DTH drilling rigs. Thanks to the rigs’ outstanding performance, we have won the trust from the South African customer.
